October felt like a total blink. Between school, sports, Halloween chaos, and squeezing in as many fall moments as we could…this month was full in all the best ways.
But the highlight: Mr. Kids and I spent a week in Mexico for our 15 year anniversary. We have not traveled just the two of us in over 13 years, so this time together felt SO special and so overdue. We stayed at the One & Only Mandarina and truly cannot recommend it enough.
Back home—things are finally wrapping up on the house construction project! Appliances went in last week, electrical is finishing now, and the last big bucket list items are installing hardware + plumbing fixtures. We move in the week of Thanksgiving, and I have never been more excited (or more ready) to just be on the other side of this limbo season.
October was fast, fun, full, and so memorable…and now we’re heading into the holidays. 🎄💗
